We follow IS code/ galvanized coating is done usnig zinc purity 99.995% compared to the usual 95.99% used by most competitors. This directky impacts lifetime and rust resiustence of product. We do not use any alimunium usuallky inserted for shine by competitors this also makes coating thinner. Raw material procured from SAIL and hindustan zinc only rather than local sourcing - steel standard grades used are Fe410 E250BR, E350BR, E410BR. We use rubber cubes when required while tsacking material Processes and prioduction in factroy clean and professional environemnt and dispatch rubber sheets between barriers to ensure airflow and non rusting of materials.
