In the Eastern India region, Utkarsh India Limited is a key player in the Domestic and Agricultural Pipes & Fittings segment. Our extensive product range encompasses CPVC, uPVC, SWR, Agricultural Pipes, Column Riser Pipes, PVC Casing Pipes, and HDPE Pipes & Ducts. This comprehensive selection ensures that Utkarsh remains a trusted name in households across the country, offering solutions that cater to both practical and advanced needs.
While Utkarsh India Limited predominantly focuses on the domestic market, we continue to achieve significant growth in international markets. In FY 2021-22, we generated 96.80% of our revenue from domestic operations and successfully exported 3.20% of our products to markets including Australia, Germany, France, Poland, and Reunion. This international presence reflects our commitment to expanding our global footprint and delivering quality products worldwide.
The financial performance of Utkarsh India has been robust, with revenues reaching Rs. 1,510.39 crore and a profit after tax of Rs. 28.60 crore in FY 2021-22. This represents a remarkable growth of 62.94% in revenue and 105.97% in profit compared to the previous year. These achievements highlight our sustained growth and our ongoing dedication to excellence in every facet of our operations.

Mr Sunil Bansal is the founder of Utkarsh India Limited (formerly known as Utkarsh Tubes & Pipes Limited). He is the Chairman and the Managing Director of the Company. His 25 years of experience in the industry have helped the Company grow rapidly, penetrating various product segments. His leadership has enabled the brand to emerge as one of the leading players in each product segment. Mr. Bansal was successful in building a structured organisation which has allowed the Company to deliver excellence in the areas of service and quality.

Having graduated with B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, Utkarsh Bansal heads the Company's business strategy and is involved in increasing its global presence. He has been integral in evolving the Company from a traditional manufacturer into a modern manufacturer implementing JIT and lean manufacturing among others. He has completed his Masters in Business Administration from The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is constantly looking for new and innovative solutions and represents the ambition of our Company.
